Equipment Finally arrivedWhile I was on vacation, my missing equipment finally arrived from Adorama
video. It was a big hassle, but they came through and with out any additional charges. All is well now.

Video Equipment Companies That Don't DeliverI'm getting tired of dealing with video equipment companies that either
sell poor quality equipment, or don't deliver what they've promised. I'm currently out of town on a shoot, and a new
portable video light that I purchased for this shoot won't work. I'm either going to have to modify it and try to get
it to work, or just go without it. The light worked perfectly prior to leaving, and now...nothing.
Also,
I'm dealing with a New Your City equipment company, Adorama, that won't deliver all the equipment that I ordered. The
shipment wasn't checked, and some accessories were left out. It's been a month and the company won't send the unpacked
equipment. I will never use Adorama again! I'm filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau when I get back
form this shoot.
What's wrong with these companies? Doesn't anyone stand behind their products anymore?

Great Week...Time For VacationHad a very busy week. Alot of video production and graphics work,
plus getting ready for an out of town shoot. Looking forward to working with my Varizoom Aviator "Steadicam"
when I return to town. I was a Steadicam owner/operator for 12 years, and am now getting back into Steadicam work with
the Aviator. Need to brush up on my skills a bit, but everything still looks good. Also, I got the chance to hepl produce a demo reel for a future TV news reporter. She's starting
her carrier in television and I wish her well. Have a great
Fourth of July weekend! Be safe out there!

TV Reporter Demo ReelIt's almost 1:00 am...just finished working on a TV reporter demo reel.
I hope she gets a good job from the video. But for me, it's now time for bed. I've got to get up at 6:30
to get ready for an out of town video shoot all next week.
